Genius of Melody

Andrew Bird I am convinced has the ability to compose music completely in his head (which is cheesy to say as the head holds one's brain where of course all of one's composing must originate) but I mean the genius of a melody seems so effortless to this man! I found myself whistling back to one of his new songs "Oh No" on my bike ride home from work yesterday and realized tSave & Closehat I have done this before after listening to some of his other songs. Were it not so easy, so instantaneous and fun, I probably wouldn't have written these words of praise.

"I see a sea anemone
the enemy, see a sea anemone
and that'll be the end of me."
